Free shipping within Australia is offered on the purchase of original artworks. Each painting is shipped from my studio in the Northern Beaches of Cairns, Far North Queensland, Australia. All original artworks, are packaged and organised by me and shipped with the help of Total Freight Solutions. After many years of using their excellent services for shipping artwork throughout Australia and internationally, we know and trust their knowledge and logistical experience. Their dedication and customer support are simply the very best. Please allow 10 to 12 working days for delivery.

All of our artworks are printed in Far North Queensland, Australia using the highest quality materials and are made to order, to prevent waste.

We offer free shipping on all fine art print orders within Australia, via Australia Post. I hold a small amount of stock, so you should receive your order within the time frames set below. 

Please Note: Insurance is included with all shipments of our prints.

A flat rate shipping fee of $7 AUD is applicable on all purchase of wearables. All wearables are sent via express shipping and you should receive your purchase within 3 working days.

Yes we do.

I have shipped many paintings internationally, and they have always arrived safely and on time. Please note, an additional invoice and fee will apply to shipping all original artworks outside of Australia. The cost depends on the size/weight of the painting and also the shipping destination. Insurance is recommended for your peace of mind and this can be organised for you. All prices at RIMAAD are in Australian Dollars. Please contact Rachel by email at info@rimaad.com for all international shipping inquiries.

Please note: the prices quoted do not include your local taxes or import duties, which may be charged upon entry to your country.

A flat rate shipping fee of $25 AUD is applicable for all international orders. On all International print orders over $250 AUD, free shipping is included. The fee is applied automatically at checkout.

A flat rate shipping and handling fee of $10 AUD applies to all international shipments of wearables.

CHANGE OF MIND

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from RIMAAD. However, we are a unique art-based business and we do set reasonable boundaries around returns. Due to the nature of the work we do and our offerings with regard to both ‘Original Artworks and Signed Limited-Edition Prints,’ we do not offer refunds ‘for change of mind.’

MINOR PROBLEM

Minor issues can arise when making purchases online. We will always do everything possible to make your customer journey with us enjoyable, and we have always found that good communication assists both parties, where any issue may arise. Although we take every precaution so that your purchase arrives safe and well, we do know that damage or loss can occur during the shipping process. In such instances, we will always do our very best to send you a replacement of the prints that you purchased. Originals cannot really be replaced. Things can and do occur, some of which are beyond our immediate control. Again, please contact us asap at: info@rimaad.com.

MAJOR PROBLEM

A major problem is considered to be one where a product that you have purchased cannot be fixed, or is too difficult to fix. Despite never having had an issue over 10 + years of packaging and shipping paintings, there is always the chance that a painting could be destroyed during the shipping process.

One of the ways in which we mitigate that possibility is to know and trust our shipping company, Total Transport Solutions. Please note, shipments within Australia are automatically insured; international shipments require special insurance.

Please note: This is a door to door service in Australia, provided with care, and integrity. In this instance, if we do not have a suitable replacement, or an alternative artwork that you like, a refund will be given.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

All goods purchased from RIMAAD are covered by Australian Consumer Law. All products are guaranteed to be suitable for the purpose purchased. If a product arrives damaged, please advise us within 14 days for a refund or a replacement. Please provide us with photographs of the damaged packaging and provide your invoice/receipt to ensure your replacement or refund. If you ever have any concerns, please email us within 7 days at info@rimaad.com.
